A Sydney suburb, Mount Colah, will see The Lenox residential apartment building rise in their area. The tower will be comprised of 45 apartments and it will be constructed in one of the best locations in the place, which is on Sydney’s Upper North Shore. Interested entities who would like to reside in the tower could choose between one, two, and three-bedroom units. The prices of the apartments differ depending on how big they are. For instance, a one bedroom unit costs between $478,000 and $538,000 while a two bedroom apartment costs between $658,000 and as much as $748,000. Finally, a three-bedroom apartment costs about $858,000 to $888,000.
The Urban Developer said in its report that the novel “The Secret Garden” was the basis of the apartment’s design. The project will concentrate on creating beautiful gardens and verdant surroundings. As a tribute to the main character of the novel, Mary Lennox, the developers named the building as “The Lennox.” Acer Capital Director of Development Andrew James said the locals would be provided with the best solution that would answer their needs for a beautiful, eco-friendly, and innovative boutique apartment living. James added that the structure would complement the area’s existing surrounding, which is already stunning on its own. The entire location where the structure would be established would be converted into a private sanctuary that would be filled with natural light. This structure will surely bring a smile to the public and all of its residents’ faces.
The architecture of the project was handled by Mijollo International. Meanwhile, the Landard Landscapes were tasked to work on the landscape design. Landard Landscapes’ co-founder and director Matt Leacy is an expert in this area. His spotless reputation includes 18 years of experience in the field of landscaping. He had handled different kinds of landscaping works of different sizes. He has established his name in the industry as one of the best landscapers these days. Apart from being hands-on, Leacy also co-hosted Channel Nine’s Garden Gurus. He was also featured in Domestic Blitz for three seasons.
Now, let us discuss the interior of The Lennox. The building’s inner works would feature a modern design. Each apartment was styled in such a way that it would receive natural light. Residents would indulge in the view of the nearby Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. Apartments would also have integrated wardrobes, split-system heating and cooling systems, modern kitchen appliances and intercoms, and access to parking spaces. Selected apartments would also be fitted with their own balcony and outdoor entertaining areas. The tower’s residents can easily access the Mt. Colah train station and Hornsby Westfield.
JLL Director of Residential Project Marketing Nicholas Hum believes that the new apartment building would entice modern families with children or couples who wish to start a family in an affordable yet comfortable home. Apart from having convenient access to essential establishments like schools, residing in The Lennox will grant them bushland views, stunning landscaped gardens, and high quality amenities.
