Promoting Excellence The Book Award is given annually to the best Australian book of original scientific, technical or economic content dealing with building, construction, architecture or a related subject. It aims to encourage publication. The Thesis Award is offered every two years to final year students attending tertiary institutions awarding degrees or diplomas in Building, Architecture or Quantity Surveying .
