About the NSW Division
The NSW Division was formed
as part of the inception of the BSFA in 1963. It is a non-profit organisation whose main focus is to work toward promoting building science and a better understanding between the
different interests comprising the building and construction industry. It does this through the dissemination of technical information and discussion of issues effecting building
research, practice and construction techniques and networking of people from a wide cross-section of the industry.
The NSW Division is very
active in pursuing the goals of the Forum, with more than 200 corporate, individual and student members, and membership enquiries are always welcome.
We provide seminars on a wide
range of topics, and arrange interesting and informative site visits. Past seminar papers are available for purchase on application.
We also produce a regular
newsletter which can be viewed by visiting the Newsletters page.
